18th April – Launch of Changing Voices Group
at Christchurch, Thame from 7pm

We are delighted to let you know about a brand new initiative from Thame Chamber Choir for 2018.  We are launching a new group for older boys, specifically for those whose voices are changing or have already changed.
The aim of the group is to keep the love of singing alive for boys as they grow, to boost their confidence and to prepare them to join a full choir (singing tenor or bass) in the future.
We intend that there will be an opportunity for the boys to get a taster of singing with the adult TCC choir for a short time at the end of each meeting, perhaps ultimately being able to join the adult choir (subject to audition).

The new group will be directed by Duncan Aspden, who also directs Thame Chamber Choir and the children’s TCC2 choir.  There is no audition for this group, and it is open to all boys who are at this stage of development.

The intention is that the group will meet on a Wednesday evening during term time from 7.15pm – 8.15pm in Christchurch in Thame High Street.  We would love to see any boy who is interested at the initial meeting of this group on Wednesday 18th April from 7pm.
